Advanced Practice Provider , Full Time

MyCare Medical is actively seeking a full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team in Temple Terrace,FL. We are a medical practice specializing in primary care. We deliver the highest quality care to our patients at the lowest costs available to them. We've created a structural support system to ensure that our providers can focus solely on patient care.

100% Outpatient care only

• Competitive Salary + Annual Quality Bonus - Our base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000, based on experience. With our annual performance bonus, you can earn up to 15% of your base salary.
• Annual Performance Bonus based on Quality of Care
• Full support both in-clinic and through our Central Business Office to ensure providers can focus solely on patient care

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Rotating and flexible on-call schedule.

We focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention, working alongside patients and their families to prevent, diagnose, treat and manage a population with multiple comorbidities.

Integrated team-based care: Prioritizing preventative care and proactive management of chronic conditions to improve patient outcomes, decrease patient's costs, and increase revenue for the practice.

Providers must be comfortable managing a primarily adult-aged patient population.

Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) OR American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) OR American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) program, focusing on adult medicine, Certification through an accredited PA certification program focusing on adult medicine.

• Currently licensed as an Acute, Adult/Gerontological or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice or the ability to obtain a license prior to employment
• 2 years minimum experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
• Bilingual English Spanish speaking preferred
• Ability to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• 2 years of experience of Medical Advantage, HEIDS, MRA and ICD-10 Coding
• Comfortable managing a primarily adult-aged patient population
• Pay Range: $125,000 - $135,000 per hour
