Assistant Account Executive

We are in need of anAssistant Account Executiveto join our team. The Assistant Account Executive is responsible for supporting Account Executives within the Artisan Contractors or Energy casualty business for the evaluation, rating, quoting and binding of new and renewal submissions; interacting with insured and brokers, and other tasks related to the intake, evaluation, binding, issuance, and modifications of the insurance products we offer. We prefer that the successful candidate have at minimum two (2) years’ experience with a carrier, MGA or other insurance producer underwriting general liability and excess liability accounts. Responsibilities Provide support to Account Executives Analyze and screen submissions Issue endorsements and cancellations Issue Quotes, Binders and Policies Respond to and resolve billing inquiries Solicit underwriting information for new and renewal business Policy rating, including entry of loss and exposure information Request additional information post-bind to complete file File Maintenance Maintain service standards by providing timely responses to broker requests and inquiries Interact with producers to communicate the status of open submissions, to ensure complete submission files and to clearly present price and terms and conditions offered in any quote or indication Provide a superior customer experience Prepare quotes, binders, policies, endorsements and amendments Generally, support producers and insureds with any aspect of an existing or prospective account to increase new business and optimize renewal retention Qualifications Highly organized and detail oriented Able to manage, organize and prioritize multiple tasks Good working in a team environment Willing to work outside area of responsibility to support the growth of the business Ability to organize work and perform within time constraints Strong written and verbal communication skills High proficiency in math, typing, Microsoft Word & Excel and other computer software & systems 2+ years experience in the insurance industry #J-18808-Ljbffr WestCongress Insurance Services LLC
