As our firm expands, we’re currently seeking an Audit Partner to be our next Louisville Market Leader. Key Responsibilities Consistently grow the practice through expansion of services to existing clients, cross‑selling with other advisory practices, and obtaining new clients. Serve as the face of the Firm to the local market teams and the local marketplace. Execute the Firm and Audit Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for the Louisville audit practice, and support other leaders in their execution of the strategic plan. Lead market execution of Firm strategy and goals through reinforcement of the Firm Vision Model and champion of the Firm’s shared values. Ensure proper communication flow to the market related to Firm initiatives. Develop professionals within the practice and build a talent pipeline with the requisite technical expertise. Drive consistency, collaboration, and communication among Service Line, Market Leaders, Shared Service Leaders, Advisory and Industry Leaders, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred). CPA certified with an active CPA license. Minimum of 15 years of experience with a large local, regional, or national public accounting firm. Demonstrated experience in driving growth and building an office, practice, industry group, service line, or similar. Ability to drive success through influencing partners. Existing strong network in Louisville required; limited travel expected.
