They delegate tasks appropriately to care team members to ensure effective patient management. Key Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, tailoring care accordingly. Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately. Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers, identifying issues and resources. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred. Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license.
