Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 4 weekend shifts per schedule; 6:1 patient ratio on a 26-bed orthopedic and spine unit

Highlights:

• Specialize in orthopedic and spine nursing with exposure to knee and hip replacements and multi-level spine surgeries
• Work alongside a dedicated team including unit secretaries, PCTs, and patient navigators
• Utilize Meditech documentation system and specialized equipment including CPMs, SCDs, walkers, and cooling devices
• Rotation-based floating policy with structured scheduling
• Professional dress code with navy scrubs provided
• Multiple positions available for team growth and collaboration

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• Strong orthopedic nursing background required
• Demonstrated compassion and teamwork skills
