No dental experience? No problem. If you have strong communication skills, confidence, adaptability, and the desire to succeed, we’ll teach you the orthodontic side of the business.

This is not a traditional front desk position.

As a Sales Specialist at Diamond Braces, you will be one of the first people our patients meet and a key part of helping them confidently move forward with orthodontic treatment.

You’ll combine customer service, relationship building, and consultative sales to create an exceptional patient experience while helping drive office growth.

• Build Trust: Create an immediate connection with patients and understand their needs through active listening.

• Lead Consultations: Explain treatment benefits clearly and tailor the conversation to each patient.

• Present Financial Options: Discuss pricing and payment options confidently and transparently.

• Handle Objections: Address concerns with empathy, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.

• Close the Consultation: Help patients feel confident moving forward with treatment.

• Create an Amazing Experience: Bring positive energy and professionalism to every patient interaction.

• Support Office Flow: Help maintain organized scheduling and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate With the Team: Work closely with doctors, clinical teams, and office leadership to deliver a seamless patient experience.
