DAS Health is seeking a Service Desk Technician I to provide remote technical support to end users as a frontline member of the MSP team. You will respond to calls and emails, document service requests, and help ensure issues are promptly addressed to support reliable day-to-day operations. The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years in a service desk, basic networking knowledge, and strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
