As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Arizona Personal Injury Attorney who can confidently manage cases from start to finish while helping lead and strengthen our legal team. What You'll Do You'll independently manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including: * Evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, and case value * Develop case strategy and advise clients throughout representation * Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel * Draft demand packages, pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents * Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and other litigation proceedings * Prepare cases for trial and serve as first or second chair when needed * Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal support staff * Maintain organized case files and ensure timely case progression * Ensure compliance with Arizona ethical obligations, including client trust accounting and IOLTA requirements * Collaborate with firm leadership to improve legal processes, case management, and client experience * Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: * Active Arizona Bar license in good standing * Clean disciplinary history with the State Bar of Arizona (and any other jurisdiction where licensed) * 6+ years of personal injury experience (Arizona experience preferred; substantial PI experience from other jurisdictions will also be considered) * Extensive experience handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters * Courtroom experience, including depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation * Experience mentoring attorneys, paralegals, or legal support staff * Knowledge of Arizona attorney trust accounting and IOLTA compliance * Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and client service skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously * High ethical standards, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset Preferred Experience * Commercial vehicle and trucking accidents * Rideshare accident litigation * Wrongful death claims * Catastrophic injury cases * Other complex personal injury litigation * Filevine or similar case management software * Process improvement, legal workflow management, and case strategy development * Bilingual English and Spanish written and spoken What We Offer * Competitive base salary ($100,000–$130,000 DOE) * Performance-based bonuses * Additional compensation opportunities * Paid time off and firm holidays * 100% remote work environment * Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture * Opportunity to help build and shape a growing Arizona personal injury practice * Long-term career growth and leadership opportunities Ready to Make an Impact?
