This position is no longer open for applications Salary: USD100000 - USD170000 per year My client is hiring an Associate Attorney (1-4 YOE)- local to Phoenix. They're office isin central PHX- near the biltmore. They are an insurance defense firm, that has a tons of cases incomplex civil litigation, construction, and personal injury matters. The ideal candidate has insurance defense experience. You must live in Arizona and be admitted to the bar in Arizona. RESPONSIBILITIES Case evaluation, recommendation, and support. Communicate with client and counsel. Propound and respond to discovery. Perform legal research and draft memoranda. Draft complaints, motions, and other pleadings and documents. Prepare for, take, and defend depositions. Prepare for and attend court hearings. Prepare for and attend mediation. Provide excellent service to all clients.
