Hybrid flexibility of 3 days remote Competitive compensation structure with strong bonus potential Consistent litigation workflow and opportunity for hands on case management Experienced paralegal and administrative support across practice groups Relaxed, team oriented culture with approachable leadership Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, and profit sharing Unlimited PTO structure tied to performance expectations Clear opportunity for long term advancement and growth within the firm Job Details Job Duties Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts Handle discovery management, including written discovery and document review Participate in settlement negotiations and litigation strategy discussions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case progression and client service Job Requirements JD from an accredited law school and active Arizona Bar admission in good standing Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience required Insurance defense and/or family law experience is a plus Ability to independently manage cases and maintain deadlines Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills Experience handling a higher volume caseload preferred Comfortable working in a fast paced, team oriented environment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
