This is a $100B+ market hiding in plain sight, and we think it’s one of the most interesting problems in tech right now. How do you actually scale 1:1 marketing? How do you eliminate dependencies across GTM teams? How do you build systems that let GTM teams operate with speed and precision? We’re not just building a product — we’re building the infrastructure for how modern GTM teams operate. What you’ll do You’ll own the systems that power how Mutiny grows. That means everything from how we run outbound, to how we onboard users, to how we segment and route data across tools. You’ll take what is currently manual, fragmented, or slow — and turn it into something fast, reliable, and scalable. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and product to understand where things break, then build the systems to fix them. This is not about running campaigns. It’s about building the infrastructure behind them. You’ll also take what works and turn it into something repeatable. Playbooks, automations, internal tools. The goal is to make it easy for the rest of the team to execute at a high level without starting from scratch each time. You’ll leave every system better than you found it. You’ve shipped automations, workflows, or internal tools that made a team faster or more effective. You’re comfortable with the plumbing. APIs, data flows, enrichment, routing—you know how to connect systems and make them work. You’re curious about AI. You’re already experimenting with ways to automate or augment GTM work. Speed matters to you. You’d rather ship something quickly and improve it than wait for the perfect solution. You like figuring things out. There’s no playbook for this role—you’ll define a lot of it. ✍️ You communicate clearly. You can explain what you’re building and why it matters across teams. Why you shouldn’t apply If you’re looking for a clearly defined role with a fixed scope, this isn’t it. If you prefer running campaigns over building systems, this role won’t be a fit. If you need everything perfectly scoped before starting, this probably isn’t the right environment.
