Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid New Hampshire Teaching License required
- Experience in special education, particularly with emotional and behavioral disorders, strongly preferred
- Confident with evaluations, IEP development, case management, and compliance documentation
- Skilled at collaborating with families, school staff, and external providers
- Able to foster an inclusive, supportive, and safe classroom community
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a self-contained classroom for students with mental health and behavioral challenges (caseload of approximately 10-16 students)
- Provide individualized and small group instruction aligned to each student’s IEP
- Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to support student growth
- Manage all aspects of case management, including reports and annual reviews
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings, contribute to program planning, and maintain strong communication with staff and families
- Support students’ emotional regulation and social development through targeted interventions
This position offers a consistent daytime schedule—Monday through Friday, school hours from 7:30 AM to 2:20 PM—allowing for an ideal work-life balance over the 26/27 school year (September 1, 2026 – June 16, 2027).
