Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Central Garden & Pet

Bilingual Administrative Assistant We're seeking a dependable Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources department in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English and Spanish. Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm Key Responsibilities Assist employees and applicants with HR-related questions. Manage phone calls, data entry, filing, and daily administrative tasks. Coordinate interviews, orientations, and training sessions. Support payroll, attendance, and benefits documentation. Translate HR forms, memos, and employee communications. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Partner with corporate IT to troubleshoot basic tech issues (computer connections, user setup, scanner resets). Qualifications Experience in an administrative or HR support role. Bilingual: English & Spanish (strong written and verbal communication). Proficient in Microsoft Office. Basic computer understanding and comfort navigating common systems. Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information professionally Preferred Skills Experience in bilingual or multicultural settings. Customer service background. Manufacturing or warehouse experience. Education High school diploma or equivalent.
