Responsibilities Analyze data from various databases and develop scheduling and utilization reports. Create relevant reporting tools, such as dashboards and balanced scorecards. Perform data analytics to support the needs, goals, and objectives of the institution. Formulate term‑specific, ad‑hoc, and trending reports. Develop and model inventory and supply‑and‑demand analysis. Analyze information in reports to support the department’s planning needs. Develop groupings of statistical reports. Collaborate with staff and web‑development team to develop and implement improved reporting tools. Provide feedback to and work cooperatively with scheduling software vendors. Design, develop, and maintain a dashboard of key information and balanced scorecards. Develop procedures for input to the database by analyzing variables and optimizing algorithms to maximize utilization. Participate in the organization and presentation of information systems to demonstrate best practices. Adhere to University and unit‑level policies and procedures and safeguard University assets. Requirements Associate degree in a relevant field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Learning agility: ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands. Teamwork: ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment. Technical proficiency: skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications. Communication: strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and stakeholders.
