Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
• Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval.
• Ensure data confidentiality and comply with all data protection policies.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and ambiguities.
• Generate reports based on data analysis and present findings to management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
• Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management software.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
