Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including comprehensive physical assessments and medical history reviews
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions by interpreting imaging studies and laboratory results

• Provide in-the-moment operative assistance, which includes preparing ORs, ensuring proper patient positioning, and managing surgical instruments
• Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care such as medication management, wound care, discharge planning, and thorough patient education

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Preferred completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgical practices

Certifications

• Current and valid PA-C certification
• Certification in BLS and ACLS is required
• State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physician Assistant
