Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students, helping them develop their clinical skills and prepare for licensure.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the client's needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to relevant services when necessary.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and progress while incorporating feedback and ongoing assessment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health therapy through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinician will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of challenges. Our focus on outpatient care allows us to intervene early and provide ongoing support, helping clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. As part of our holistic approach, we emphasize the importance of culturally competent care, recognizing and respecting clients' unique identities and circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in mental health counseling, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• Professional liability insurance to ensure the protection of both the professional and clients.

Preferred Experience

• Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with experience in supervision or training of practicum students being highly desirable.
• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with community health resources is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based increases and promotions.
