Membership Specialist

Job Description

Are you a relationship-builder with experience in sales, recruiting, business development, admissions, fundraising, or customer success ? Join Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada and help grow our membership by recruiting new girls and volunteers, building community partnerships, and supporting troop success.

This role is a primary point of contact for new and existing members and is involved in new member recruitment, training and support to members and volunteers, and troop and member support throughout the entire troop life cycle. This role works on multiple simultaneous projects so each day is different from the next.

What You'll Do:

• Recruit new girl and adult members through outreach, events, and referrals
\n
• Build relationships that drive member retention and volunteer engagement
\n
• Develop strategies to grow troop participation in local communities
\n
• Support new troop leaders through onboarding and training
\n
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and volunteers
\n
• Attend community and Service Unit meetings to expand membership opportunities
\n

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in sales, recruiting, community outreach, membership growth, or customer-facing roles
\n
• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
\n
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
\n
• Spanish fluency highly preferred
