Pay Rate: $19.06 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; document observations and report issues according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, including building common areas, entrances, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe building activity, assisting with visitor directions and reporting maintenance, lighting, or property concerns to appropriate personnel. Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with property staff, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
