Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and property staff while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $19.06 / Hour
Job Schedule:
DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial property.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the property, and assist with directing visitors and vendors in accordance with site policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
- Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
