Job Details What You'll Do: Handle incoming and outgoing calls by using a Clinical research database to recruit, screen, determine eligibility, schedule, and follow-up with potential study subjects and responds to inquiries relating to advertising and referrals to research studies Interview potential study participants using study questionnaires in the database to actively recruit and screen potential study participants in accordance with each protocol Responsible for the maintaining and growing of our research database, including updating medical histories, updating the database with participant data and maintaining patient status, security and patient privacy Regularly communicate with Clinical Research Coordinators to access scheduling and study support needs Proactively identify project challenges, problems, and/or potential deficiencies and communicate these to the Senior Patient Recruiter What You'll Bring: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in Clinical Recruiting or Consumer Recruiting call center Must be well versed in medical terminology and have the ability to speak about the details of the clinical trial some training provided About CTI: CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is a global, privately held, full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) focused on the advancement of treatments for chronically and critically ill patient populations.
