As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as an important point of contact between our organization and our clients. You will handle incoming and outgoing communications, assist with inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure each interaction reflects the high level of service Swift 7 Consultants is committed to providing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and clients with questions, requests, and general inquiries
