About job:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone calls, emails, and live chat. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic demeanor, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. You will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and assisting customers with product information.
Responsibilities
* Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
* Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
* Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software.
