Check us out: Responsibilities Manages operational support for production of radionuclides, preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals, and inventory maintenance. Manages P&L responsibilities. Supervises employees, including human resource functions. Ensures compliance with regulatory commitments (cGMP, radiation safety, pharmacy laws, corporate policies). Manages aseptic techniques, including sterility and pyrogen testing per company SOPs. Manages QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests per SOPs. Handles applicable documents and records. Delegates preparation and shipment of radioactive materials per procedure and licensing requirements. Delegates operation and maintenance of cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment and associated software. Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. Provides exemplary customer service through telephone support and customer visits. Provides personnel training and staff development. Qualifications Communicates effectively, interpreting information and providing or following complex instructions. Works independently and/or as part of a cross‑functional team. Strong customer relations skills. Working knowledge of MS Windows applications. Ability to handle 100 lb packages. Preferred Experience Manufacturing lab management experience. Management of multiple exempt and non‑exempt employees. Compensation Base pay range: Min $154,450 – Max $231,670. Factors such as geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications may affect starting pay.
