The assignment spans from August 19, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with a flexible workweek of 35-40 hours, adapting to your schedule within the typical school hours for elementary through high school.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active or pending Delaware SLP or SLPA licensure required
• Master’s degree (for SLP); Associate’s/Bachelor’s as applicable (for SLPA)
• Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare speech settings preferred
• Open to Clinical Fellows and recent graduates—supervision available
• SLPA encouraged to apply; mentorship offered
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus, but not mandatory
• Ability to work onsite and successfully pass background and drug screening

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and deliver evidence-based interventions for students K-12
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams and families
• Leverage your clinical skills to enhance student communication, academic, and social outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
• Document relevant data and progress to meet compliance and student needs
