As a valued member of the team, you’ll offer your expertise as either a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Audiologist, collaborating with dedicated staff to deliver high-quality services to pediatric populations.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP or Audiologist
• Experience or a strong interest in working with pediatric populations in a school environment
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Collaborative, flexible, and excellent at building rapport with students, families, and fellow educators
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred for SLPs; board certification preferred for Audiologists

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of speech, language, voice, fluency, and auditory disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy sessions to students, delivering evidence-based interventions
• Consult with teachers, families, and other staff to support students’ communication and listening needs in the classroom
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-wide initiatives
• Maintain organized documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
