Emergency Communications Training Director

The Town of Natick seeks a Training Coordinator for the Middlesex Regional Emergency Communications Center (MRECC) to implement and develop a comprehensive training program for a regional 9-1-1 center. Initially employed by the Town of Natick and assigned to MRECC, you will report to the MRECC Executive Director with a planned transition to direct MRECC employment. You will lead the initial new-hire academy, evolve curricula, manage CTO program, ongoing education, records, and public outreach, #J-18808-Ljbffr Natick
