This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to create and develop brand presence in a fast-paced, fun, and energetic environment.Job Responsibilities Include:Email Marketing + Graphic DesignExperience with building, designing and optimizing multiple automated email drip funnelsWork with marketing + sales managers to schedule and create marketing blasts + smsDesign, develop, and maintain all assets (digital, web, print, ad, OOH, in studio, window treatments, promotional, internal - ie training manuals, etc)Maintain consistency in visuals, branding, and brand tone across campaignsSupport in the design and development of Hot 8 branded merchandise and promotional materials (stickers, decals, tote bags etc)Integrated MarketingSupport team in events, collaborations, new studio openings and other marketing initiatives as neededWork events and connect with key players to capture content and deliver event goalsOther design projects and marketing responsibilities as assignedDesign Research and Mood/Concept DevelopmentDigital Asset OrganizationRequirements3+ years of graphic design experience at agency, brand, and/or retail.3+ years of experience as a social content creator at an established consumer brand.A passion for yoga, fitness and wellness preferredProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools, including Figma.AI proficiency for content/asset creationStrong sense of design principles, current design trends, social media landscape, emerging content formats and best practices across platforms. Keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.Knowledge of these areas a plus: animations, original illustrations, product design, apparel graphic designExcellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
