In this fulfilling role, youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists, to provide holistic care. By utilizing modalities such as therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment training, and community re-entry initiatives, youll empower individuals to engage fully in their lives once again. Your expertise combined with our state-of-the-art facilities will foster a nurturing environment where healing can thrive. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their functional capabilities and develop tailored therapy plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain skills necessary for daily living and work activities. Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and strategies for ongoing improvement at home. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to achieve optimal results. Utilize assistive devices and adaptive equipment to enhance patient function and independence.
