Porter/Concierge

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Janitor to join our Flagship team. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of our client facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment. The pay rate is $24.03 per hour. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting various areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain hygienic conditions at all times. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas. Respond promptly to spills and other cleaning emergencies to ensure safety. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, preventing damage to floors and objects. Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors. Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations. Assist in special cleaning projects as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Six or more months of experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Completion of significant safety training required. Occasional repetitive movements: stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods, including walking long distances. Occasional lifting or moving a minimum of 40 pounds of cleaning equipment and trash. Use of equipment provided. Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
