Front Desk Receptionist Job Description We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent client service, managing daily operations at the front desk, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be independent, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. Duties Greet and assist clients in a welcoming and professional manner Manage client communication, including follow-ups and inquiries Handle phone communication efficiently, directing calls and taking messages as needed Maintain cleanliness of the spa environment to ensure a pleasant experience for clients Conduct inventory checks and manage supplies to ensure smooth operations Utilize spreadsheets for record-keeping, scheduling, and tracking client information or inventory data Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Reach out to clients who haven't been in recently and get them rescheduled Problem-solve issues that may arise during daily operations independently Support administrative tasks as required to keep the front desk running smoothly Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in using spreadsheets and basic computer applications Independent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on customer service Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a welcoming environment while developing valuable administrative and customer service skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr AP Skin Society
