Jump into a fast-paced, high-demand role supporting active oil & gas frac sites. As a Water Operator , you’ll be a key part of the operation—keeping water systems running safely and efficiently while gaining valuable field experience.

Based out of Athens yard with travel to sites across Cranberry, Zelienople, Dubois, and into West Virginia

• Monitor water systems, tanks, pumps, and equipment on active sites
• Set up and break down hoses, pumps, and jobsite equipment
• Keep frac operations running smoothly and safely
• Operate and maintain pumps, generators, and tools
• Load/unload and organize materials on-site
• Support team operations and communicate with supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times

• 6+ months of experience in oil & gas, construction, general labor, landscaping, or similar
• Ability to work long hours (60–90 hrs/week) — BIG pay potential
• Comfortable with 12–14 hour shifts , including nights & weekends
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working outdoors
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety

• Equipment operation experience
• Oilfield or construction experience
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field

• $16–$18/hour + WEEKLY PAY
• Massive overtime potential (60–90 hrs/week!)

This is a Contract position based out of Grove City, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Grove City,PA.
