Buscamos un becario/a altamente motivado y orientado a los detalles para unirse a nuestro equipo y apoyar la ejecución e implementación de un programa prioritario y altamente estratégico, ACE (Advanced Customer Experience), destinado a mejorar nuestro modelo operativo para resolver los retos de negocio mediante la personalización y la precisión en la interacción con nuestros clientes, haciendo uso de la Omnicanalidad para mejorar su experiencia en nuestras interacciones comerciales. Al conocer mejor a nuestros clientes, aprovechar los datos y adaptar nuestra ejecución a las necesidades de los clientes, aceleraremos el acercamiento de nuestros tratamientos a los pacientes.
Potenciales responsabilidades:
1. Apoyo en procesos de gestión del cambio asociados al proyecto de transformación ACE, garantizando la adopción e integración de los nuevos procesos y herramientas, tanto en el personal de oficina como en la fuerza de ventas.
2. Desarrollo y soporte a acciones formativas de ACE
3. Apoyo en la gestión de las acciones de comunicación en colaboración con el equipo de comunicación
4. Soporte en el desarrollo e implementación del modelo ACE, y las capabilities asociados con cada pilar de ACE.
5 Soporte a la compartición de best practices
- Documentar en presentaciones Best Practices a compartir con global
- Soporte documentación en diapositivas las necesidades a comunicar a los ACE champions en ACE Forum
- Gestión del ACE Forum con Marketing y Medico: apoyo en seguimiento de agenda, integrar las presentaciones y envío de newsletter posterior
- Soporte para grabar a testimonios de los lideres (ej Dir CEX) a proyectar en diferentes foros
6. Mantenimiento del canal de Teams ACE Operations para marketing/medico
- Alimentar el canal de comunicación para difundir de manera centralizada los procesos, actualización de novedades, best practices…
7. Formarse en los diferentes procesos y herramientas de generación de contenido y automatización
- Formación Veeva Promomats, eWizard, Veeva CRM, Creación de audiencias en SFMC, Definición de Customer journeys…
8. Formación al equipo y aplicación práctica de eficiencias que nos trae la IA
- Traer innovación con lo que la IA nos puede aportar, aportando tendencias dentro y fuera del sector…
- Apoyo en el desarrollo de análisis adicionales usando la IA para diferentes casos de uso estandarizados
Qualifications
- Máster en marketing, negocios, comunicación, ingeniería o un campo relacionado.
- Valorable formación específica en Marketing Digital: Grado en Marketing Digital; Digital Business; Ingenierías de Sistemas Digitales, en Ciencias de Salud
- Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en un equipo con una alta matricialidad, en un entorno acelerado
- Nivel alto de inglés
- Pasión por el marketing, la experiencia del cliente y mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias en marketing digital y omnicanalidad
- Valorable Conocimientos en plataformas de automatización de marketing y sistemas de gestión de relaciones con los clientes (CRM) es una ventaja
- Interés en Marketing Digital
