As a Security Officer Front Desk Concierge in Kansas City, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a professional financial institution location where you will serve as the welcoming front desk presence, assisting visitors, managing access, and supporting security-related procedures through clear communication and strong customer service. In this stationary role, you will help to deter incidents through visibility, professionalism, and attention to detail while working with a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and guided by integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following site-specific policies, visitor management procedures, and front desk protocols at a financial institution location.
• Monitor access to the lobby and other designated entry points, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership when appropriate.
• Answer phones, greet incoming guests, and support administrative and security-related documentation such as visitor logs, badge records, and incident reports.
• Observe activity within the reception area and adjacent public spaces, report concerns promptly, and assist with emergency response activities according to post orders and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
