Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst)We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cash Management Specialist (Operations Analyst) to support the daily operations of the Cash Management Department. This role is responsible for providing operational support, customer training, system administration, and technical assistance related to Cash Management Online Banking services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational support for Cash Management products and servicesDeliver WebEx training sessions to customers and Bank personnel on product features and benefitsAssist with user testing for system upgrades and new product implementationsSupport customers and internal teams with Cash Management Online Banking servicesPerform customer setups, monitor product usage, and ensure smooth system operationTroubleshoot and resolve customer and technical issues within established authority levelsAssist in coordinating and supporting audits and regulatory examinationsReview reports, prepare correspondence, and complete routine daily operational tasksParticipate in departmental initiatives and special projects as assignedQualificationsStrong customer service and communication skillsExperience supporting banking operations or cash management services preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skillsProficiency with online banking systems and Microsoft Office applicationsThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to contribute to a dynamic banking operations team while gaining exposure to cash management systems, client support, and process improvement initiatives.
