Applebee’s is hiring  Restaurant Managers to lead restaurant operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive business results.

What You’ll Do

As a  Restaurant Manager , you will:

  • Lead and develop FOH and BOH restaurant teams
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Manage staffing and labor
  • Monitor sales and restaurant performance
  • Maintain food quality and safety standards
  • Manage inventory and control costs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Build a positive and productive restaurant culture
  • Partner with leadership to achieve business goals
