We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Administrator to support inventory accuracy and production reporting in a manufacturing plant environment in Pasadena, Texas. This position plays an important role in monitoring raw materials, work-in-process, finished goods, and waste streams to help maintain reliable operational data. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across operations, environmental, and production teams while using Excel to analyze trends and prepare recurring reports.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records for raw material consumption, in-process production volumes, finished goods shipments, and waste generation within the facility.

• Compile and distribute material balance reports that highlight production output, shipment activity, waste quantities, and inventory variances.

• Reconcile inbound and outbound material movements to confirm consistency between physical activity and system records.

• Prepare and organize environmental paperwork and waste-related documentation, including manifests and supporting records.

• Partner with operations, production, engineering, and environmental personnel to verify data and resolve reporting discrepancies.

• Create monthly Excel-based reports using formulas, lookups, and pivot tables to summarize inventory and production performance.

• Enter, update, and maintain production and inventory data in business systems and filing records with a high level of accuracy.

• Support documentation related to shipping activity, including material receipts and bills of lading, as needed.

• At least 3 years of experience in inventory control, production reporting, or material reconciliation within a plant-based manufacturing, refining, chemical, or petrochemical environment.
• Proven ability to track raw materials, production usage, finished product movement, and waste data accurately.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and report generation for monthly or recurring analysis.
• Experience preparing reconciliations and identifying inventory gains, losses, or other data inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with environmental documentation, waste tracking processes, and related compliance records.
• Working knowledge of shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, engineering, production, and environmental groups.
• Exposure to ERP or inventory systems such as Dynamics AX is preferred.
