Manager Of Home Infusion
Elevate patient care and redefine ambulatory infusion services at Stanford Health Care. As the Manager of Home Infusion, you'll build and lead a pioneering home infusion program that delivers safe, high-quality therapies at the patient's bedsidewhere they need it most. What you'll do:
- Lead the development and day-to-day operation of the Home Infusion Pharmacy, including sterile compounding and home-based therapies.
- Design and optimize workflows, coordinate cross-functionally with service line leaders, business operations, and care providers to ensure safe, timely, and effective ambulatory care.
- Ensure rigorous regulatory and quality compliance (USP <797/800> , state boards, accreditation), and champion medication safety and patient-centered care.
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes, access, and value through data-driven initiatives and best-practice adoption.
- Recruit, develop, and empower pharmacists and technicians; foster a culture of service excellence, lifelong learning, and professional growth.
- Optimize workforce and resource utilization, leadership in change management, and strategic planning to scale the program.
