Manager - Pharmacy Purchasing and Analytics - AS Administrative Services - Full Time - 8 Hour - Days

Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of medication-related purchasing and data management, supporting performance improvement. Analyze, identify, and implement opportunities to improve quality, cost, and operational productivity within the medication supply chain. Coordinate with informatics teams to identify, solve, or improve business and operational functions. Collaborate with financial analysts on operational and financial data management benchmarking and reporting. Create and maintain organizational dashboards that track medication use performance, providing leaders with data to track progress. Oversee comparative data analysis for department-level multi-year strategic plans. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution (required). PharmD degree from an accredited institution (required). Master’s degree in pharmacy administration, healthcare administration, business, or another relevant field (preferred). Three years of pharmacy practice experience: two years in medication purchasing and inventory management, one year supervisory experience (required). Federal 340B program experience (preferred). Demonstrated use of critical thinking and analytical skills in roles requiring advanced Excel modeling, automated dashboards, data pipelines, EHR reporting queries (e.g., Epic Cogito, SlicerDicer, Clarity, Caboodle), external benchmarking tools, and supply‑chain performance analysis (preferred). Certifications & Licensure RPH Registered Pharmacist – California Board of Pharmacy (required). Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate (preferred; required within 180 days of hire). Work Shift & Compensation Work shift: 08:00 – 17:00 (no overtime; exempt). Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Pay Range: $192,486.00 – $288,728.00 (adjusted to local market for non‑Bay Area hires).
