Program Manager - Compliance - AS Corporate Compliance - Full Time - 8 Hour - Days

Job Summary Reporting to the VP – Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer, the Compliance Program Manager supports the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of the Compliance Program for John Muir Health and its affiliated entities. The role is a key contributor to the Compliance Department’s goals and ensures effective day‑to‑day operation of the Compliance Program. Education BA/BS degree in business, healthcare administration, health information management, public health, or a related field required. Relevant experience in a related healthcare or compliance setting may be substituted for education on a year‑for‑year basis. Experience 3–5 years of healthcare compliance experience required, preferably in a hospital, health system, or other provider setting. Direct experience supporting a healthcare compliance program required, including experience with compliance operations, policy implementation, auditing and monitoring, investigations, regulatory education, corrective action follow‑up, or related program activities. Certification/Licensure CHC – Certified Healthcare Compliance: Required or ability to obtain certification within 12 months of assignment acceptance. Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes. Ability to manage multiple and competing projects and demands while adhering to strict timelines. Ability to escalated issues appropriately and work within defined authority. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Copilot or similar tools. Work Shift & Compensation Exempt Salaried (United States of America). Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Pay range: $118,159.00 – $177,238.00. Salary offers are based on demonstrated or relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area. Positions at JMH that are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
