Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Design and implement targeted treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring integration of client-set goals and evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, family outreach, and group therapy, providing psychoeducation to empower clients and their families.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Conduct crisis interventions and develop risk assessment plans to prioritize client safety and well-being.
\n
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with ethical practices and legal requirements.

• Conduct group therapy sessions and support groups, allowing clients to benefit from shared experiences and communal healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients experiencing substance use disorders along with co-occurring mental health issues. Your interventions will be critical in assisting clients in navigating their challenges, enhancing their coping mechanisms, and fostering resilience. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
