House Manager with Infant Care Transition Location: Newtown Square, PA 19073 Employment Type: Part Time, 15-20 hours per week Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with some flexibility for date night or additional hours as needed by family Note: During transition period (approximately 3 months-January-April), the schedule will temporarily increase to Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM to provide full-time infant nannying support. Compensation: $30-35 per hour, based on experience Start Date: ASAP Requirements Infant care experience required. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Maintain a smoke-free environment. Fragrance-free required. Reliable transportation, with valid drivers license Comfortable around dogs. Candidates are required to be up to date on recommended vaccinations in line with American Academy of Pediatrics and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines (including TDAP, COVID-19 and flu vaccines), subject to applicable legal accommodations. The long-term focus of the role is on creating and maintaining organizational systems throughout the home, tackling larger organization and reset projects, managing household inventory and supplies, running errands, staying on top of family laundry, and helping with seasonal decorating and other projects that make a house truly feel like home. Key Responsibilities Family Support & Child Assistance Serve as primary infant caregiver during the transition gap period (approximately 3 months)-this includes feeding, changing, etc. Diaper caddy maintenance and diaper pail emptying Kid-related errands as needed Household Management & Organization Create and maintain household organization systems, including linen closets and storage areas Daily resets and prep home for weekly cleaners (Tuesdays) Light tidying: dishes, surfaces, vacuuming high-traffic areas, kitchen clean-up Tidy and organize child bedrooms Seasonal swaps: clothing, decor, and bedding Organize and coordinate Poshmark listings and donations Packing and unpacking for travel, including for children Indoor plant care Small projects around the house as needed (change batteries, lightbulbs, etc) Laundry & Linen Care Wash, fold, and organize laundry for all family members Make beds (adults); change and launder children's sheets Transport comforters to laundromat, wash, and put away as needed Linen rotation and maintenance (children’s crib sheets/bedding) Maintain a tidy and well-stocked laundry area Inventory & Errands Manage running household supply lists Order pickups, returns, and occasional dry cleaning Mail and package handling: opening, breaking down boxes, and managing intake Deep Cleaning & Special Projects Refresh garage, mudroom, and entryway Clean humidifiers, air purifiers, and HVAC air filters; replace fridge water/air filter Organizational projects: toys, gear, and specialty storage areas Vehicle Management Schedule maintenance for the family vehicle as needed Fueling, cleaning, and organizing the family vehicle Administrative Support Event and appointment coordination Receipt and budget tracking for costs incurred while working #J-18808-Ljbffr Sage Haus
