education: High School Responsibilities Your Day-to-Day Impact:
- Efficiently process and intake approximately 20 comprehensive claim submissions daily, serving as the foundational starting point for our Stop-Loss & Health Claims Services.
- Manually extract and enter critical data points from various reports directly into designated internal templates
- Utilize your knowledge of data intake processes to spot data discrepancies, system anomalies, or template issues
- Quickly adapt to and navigate our internal specialized claims tracking systems and software platforms
- Prior experience working within insurance claims handling or a solid understanding of medical coding standards.
- Ability to understand complex workflows and articulate system or data discrepancies.
- Ability to act as a quick learner when introduced to new internal systems, proprietary software, and evolving data intake policies.
- Enjoy the stability of regular business hours with a predictable Monday–Friday routine.
- Work comfortably from home for the vast majority of the month, with a requirement to visit the office just two consecutive days per month.
