Patient Communications Specialist

The US Oncology Network is seeking a full-time switchboard operator at Northwest Cancer Centers in Northwest Indiana. You will answer incoming calls, triage, relay messages, and connect callers to the appropriate extension, providing courteous service. This entry-level role requires a high school diploma and 0–3 years of experience, preferably in a medical setting.
