Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult and geriatric med/surg patients on a 48-bed unit
- Perform focused assessments, monitor vitals, respond to changes, and participate in care planning
- Administer medications and therapies, including IV therapies, blood products, heparin, insulin, and PCA as ordered
- Manage respiratory support needs (HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP, oxygen delivery) and perform trach care as indicated
- Manage vascular access (IV starts, PICC/central line care), wound care (including wound VAC), and post-operative/critical care monitoring as appropriate
- Apply isolation precautions, interpret ABGs when needed, and participate in rapid response/code events; document in Epic and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements
- Active RN license in hand (state or compact) at time of submittal
- BLS certification required
- Preferred: 2 years RN med/surg experience; travel experience preferred; Trauma Level II experience preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts in a med/surg setting with appropriate patient care responsibilities
- Onboarding/orientation: 24 hours
