We are looking for a Practice Support Associate who will provide the highest quality of patient care by being an integral part of the clinical team./ppA Practice Support Associate for Catholic Health, is responsible for a variety of clerical duties to help facilitate the daily functions of the Physician Practice./ppResponsibilities:/pulliAnswering phones/liliScheduling appointments/liliHandling physician correspondence/liliPreparing patient charts for visits/liliContacting insurance companies for referrals and authorizations/liliAssisting patients with various tasks/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliHigh School diploma or GED required; Associates degree or completion of a related specialty program in an accredited school is preferred./liliMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/liliExcellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills to enhance population specific service, team collaboration and analytical problem solving/liliCan multitask and work efficiently/liliKnowledge of medical terminology desirable/liliAble to use, maintain and troubleshoot office equipment/li/ulpPosted Salary Range/ppUSD $18.63 - USD $27.42 /Hr./ppThis range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location.
