Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Miami, FL.

In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for customers, helping manage account needs, provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and maintain positive long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional point of contact for customers and assigned accounts
• Assist customers with account-related questions, requests, and general support
• Build and maintain positive relationships through clear and professional communication
• Provide accurate information regarding available services and account options
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain organized and accurate account information
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address outstanding needs
• Coordinate with internal team members to provide a seamless customer experience
• Assist with account updates and day-to-day client service activities
• Contribute to team goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service
