Senior Human Resources Manager

To enhance employee relations and compliance, the full-time Senior Human Resources Manager will develop and implement regional HR strategies, manage employee relations issues, and ensure adherence to employment legislation while fostering a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and programs in alignment with employment laws and best practices Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns and conducting workplace investigations Oversee recruitment processes and create training programs for HR staff and employees Required qualifications: B.S./B.A. in Human Resources or related field Minimum 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and employee relations Professional certification such as SHRM PHR or CIPD Level 5 is desired Experience in conflict management and benefits administration
