$65,000 - $75,000 yearly + Bonus Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with the construction team to facilitate timely and efficient warranty service requests.

• Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and service requests to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution.

• Proactively communicate with homeowners to provide updates on service timelines and progress.

• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the homeowner experience.

• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure homeowner satisfaction after service completion, fostering positive relationships.

• Assist in developing homeowner education materials to empower them with knowledge about their homes and maintenance best practices.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and with a team.

• Ability to independently make accurate, timely decisions.

• Ability to read and interpret detailed construction blueprints, job specifications, and detailed development drawings.

• Basic technology skills require the proficient use of a PC and a mobile smartphone.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Outlook (email) is required, with the ability to learn web-based residential construction management systems.

• Daily travel required.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Must be able to navigate uneven terrain and stairs and have the ability to stand for a prolonged period of time (4-6 Hours).

• Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs to chest height.
