Fund Finance/Subscription Line Senior Associate or Counsel

Job Overview A law firm seeks a senior associate or counsel with expertise in fund finance and subscription line matters to join their team in Charlotte. The role involves working with financial institutions, alternative lenders, and asset managers on various fund-related financings and loan transactions. Duties Represent banks, business development companies, and funds in asset‑backed financing. Participate as a key member of deal teams, managing transactions from due diligence to closing. Provide input on debt and leverage issues during fund formation and downstream structuring. Requirements 4+ years of experience in fund finance or subscription line matters. Experience in the private debt space with investment vehicles. Proven track record of managing key aspects of transactions. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
